This document provides an overview of the efforts of the Town of Vinalhaven's Fox Islands Broadband Task Force to further the Vinalhaven Campaign for Community Broadband. It discusses different broadband ownership models that have been analyzed, as well as projected costs. It also includes a link to a broadband survey and introductory information about municipally owned broadband.
