This report analyzes a study on fixed-wireless service providers and their disclosure of data caps and fees. Included is the Broadband Transparency Rule Compliance Scorecard, which tracks the availability and accessibility of provider disclosures. The analysis finds that a number of providers are burying important service details in hard-to-reach locations.
