This presentation provides an overview of Seattle's Digital Bridge project. It argues that simply distributing technology will not get someone meaningfully connected. Instead funding is also needed to support time insensitive personnel costs and that these programs need to work with broader social and economic assistance programs for their participants to access living wage careers.
