Produced in November 2019, Broadband in Nebraska: Current Landscape & Recommendations updates a similar report for the state made five years earlier. The primary goals described in the report are to increase household adoption of broadband, increase availability, and support broadband-related development. Some essential recommendations are to improve broadband data collection and mapping, encourage investment in Nebraska's telecommunications infrastructure, and support the development of libraries as community institutions.
The National Broadband Resource Hub is made possible through the generous support of the Ford Foundation and Schmidt Futures. The site is administered by the Broadband Equity Partnership.
